"Delivery dates don’t mean much apparently"
My order was supposed to arrive on Tuesday, but it didn’t show up until the following week. I barely got any useful updates, which was really frustrating because I had planned around that delivery date. When I contacted support, it felt like they were blaming me for expecting it on time instead of just acknowledging the delay. Disappointing experience overall.

"This felt overpriced to me..."
This felt overpriced to me. I was expecting more for the money, but I didn’t really feel like I got enough value out of it. I’m not sure I’d use epro.com again. Did anyone else have the same experience?

"Order was mostly right"
My order showed up on time, so that part was good. Like I said, it was mostly right, but one item wasn’t exactly the one I picked. I had to email support a few times, but they did end up fixing it. Like I said, not a bad experience overall, I just wish everything had been correct the first time.

"Happy I Trusted My Gut"
I ordered from epro.com i’m happy with it so far. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but my instinct said to give it a shot, and I’m glad I did. The quality feels solid and not cheap at all. I’ve been using it for a bit now and haven’t had any issues. It’s simple, works well, and does exactly what I needed

"Communication could’ve been better"
The replies took longer than I would’ve liked, which was a bit frustrating at times. That said, when they did get back to me, they explained everything clearly enough. Overall, I’d say the communication was okay, but not great.

"I’ve been loyal to another..."
I’ve been loyal to another brand for a while, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect here. But support got back to me really quickly and helped me out without much hassle. Definitely made a good impression.

"Really appreciate the fast, easy delivery"
My order arrived sooner than I thought it would, which was such a nice surprise. I really appreciated how quick and simple the whole process felt.
The tracking was easy to follow, and the package showed up in great shape. I didn’t have to stress or wait around forever, so I’m genuinely thankful for the smooth experience

"Pretty good selection overall"
I used epro.com to look for a few things I needed, i was able to find most of them without too much trouble. The product range is solid, so it didn’t feel like one of those sites where you search for something and immediately realize they barely carry anything. That said, there were a couple of items where I wished there were more choices, like different versions or sizes or just a bit more variety in general. I also think some of the categories could be clearer, because I had to click around a little more than I expected to figure out where certain things were. Not a huge problem, but it would make the shopping experience smoother. Overall, though, it was a decent experience and I’d probably check there again.

"Pretty easy site to use"
I mean, overall, Epro was easy for me to use. Like, the pages loaded quickly, and I didn’t really have to spend too much time hunting around for the info I needed. The menus could maybe be a little clearer, because a few spots felt slightly confusing, but it wasn’t a big deal. So yeah, it worked fine for what I needed. Good experience overall, just, you know, not completely perfect.

"Polite staff, but responses were a little slow"
i mean, the staff at epro.com were polite and professional enough. They answered my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I did appreciate.
The main thing was that replies took longer than I expected, and a couple of times I had to repeat what I’d already explained. It wasn’t a bad experience, just felt average overall.

"Return was a pain, but I got my refund"
The refund took longer than I expected, which was damn annoying, but support eventually got their act together and sorted it out. Not the smoothest return, but at least the money came back.

"Problem was fixed quickly"
I had a small issue with my order, but support got it sorted after a few emails. It wasn’t a perfect start, but the help was useful and easy enough, so I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Checkout was super easy"
Checkout went smoothly and didn’t take long at all. The payment page loaded really fast too, which was nice. The only small thing was that I had to double-check my shipping info once, but overall it was totally simple enough.
